This is for users that wish to gain access to Rocket Mortgage
QLMS now requires that all contacts complete our Process 101 Portal Training prior to being registered in our system. We have recently updated our system to an interactive, web-based training, consisting of four 10 minute long modules, that can be taken separately over time, if you wish, or all at once.
Here’s the process:
1) Visit the link below and enter in the applicable information.
2) In order to gain access to your assigned modules, the QUniversity Learning Center Administrator will first need to review, then approve your credentials. They will notify you via email when your profile information is approved and modules are available to you. Please note, any registrations after 4pm Eastern/1pm Pacific will not be processed until the next business day.
3) Then, you’ll log into the new Learning Center and complete four modules. If you do not receive an email containing login information, please visit this link www.qlms.weskill.com, your username and password are both the email address that you registered with. Each module consists of a video with a short three question quiz. Takes about 40 minutes end to end.
**Remember, your log-in information WILL NOT work until your profile has been approved by the QUniversity Learning Center Administrator.
4) When you’ve completed the four modules, you’ll get a confirmation on the website. We are automatically prompted that your training is completed, and we will generate your Portal Credentials. Please allow us up to one business day to email your sign-on credentials.
